These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and arr99 ("arr99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the arr99 website located at https://arr99.cam, including all content, features, information, tools and services available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to and use of the arr99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the policies of the relevant operator or license authority, whichever is the greater. arr99 does not permit access to minors under any circumstances. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and referral to relevant authorities.

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from lawfully using the Platform.

It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. arr99 does not make any representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan. Users located in Pakistan are specifically directed to review the provisions of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation before using this Platform.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices or personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Subject to your full compliance with these Terms, arr99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Content;
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar automated data-gathering tools;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its functionality;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, account or network connected to the Platform;
• Transmit any unsolicited communications, spam or malicious software through or in connection with the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the arr99 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or abusive purpose;
• Colluding with other Users to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Conducting any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activity through the Platform.

All information you provide to arr99 must be accurate, complete and current at all times. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly whenever it changes. arr99 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, and you must notify arr99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. arr99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

arr99 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time. This process ("KYC") typically involves the submission of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport) and proof of residential address. Accounts that fail verification may have withdrawals suspended pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. arr99 may also request source-of-funds documentation.

arr99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity; non-compliance with KYC requirements; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or such other period as may be specified in our current promotional terms. Dormant account fees or balance forfeiture policies, where applicable, will be communicated in advance in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

arr99 supports a range of payment methods subject to availability and the User's jurisdiction. Familiar payment options that may be available to Pakistani users include mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant bank transfers via Raast, and traditional bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT may also be available. These payment brands are referenced for context only. Their listing does not imply endorsement of gambling, affiliation with arr99, or any undertaking to process gambling transactions.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees) or the equivalent in the currency applicable to your account, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice.

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where reasonably practicable. Processing timelines vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals may be processed within one business day; bank transfers may take three to five (3–5) business days; cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within one to twenty-four (1–24) hours subject to network conditions.

Transactions on the arr99 Platform may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currencies as arr99 may make available from time to time. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to transaction completion.

arr99 may offer various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.

Bonus amounts displayed on the arr99 Platform — including but not limited to figures such as "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000", "Sports Starter up to PKR 10,000" and similar — are illustrative examples only. They do not constitute guaranteed or live promotional offers. Actual bonus terms, amounts and availability are determined solely by the relevant operator and are subject to change at any time.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. As an illustrative example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus means the User must place PKR 50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted. Users are strongly advised to read and understand all wagering conditions before accepting any promotional offer.

Bonuses that are not utilised or for which the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Validity periods will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.

arr99 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold withdrawals and/or suspend an account where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or any other practice designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.

arr99 strongly recommends that Users carefully review all wagering requirements, expiry dates and eligible game restrictions before accepting any bonus. If you have activated self-exclusion or responsible gambling limits on your account, bonus acceptance may be restricted or disabled.

arr99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling as a core operational principle. Gambling should be conducted solely for entertainment purposes and never as a means to generate income, solve financial difficulties or escape personal problems.

arr99 supports and encourages the use of the following responsible gambling tools, which are typically available on licensed gambling platforms:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss limits — restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period;
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for each gambling session;
• Reality check notifications — receive alerts at regular intervals during active play;
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Account cooling-off periods — take a short break without permanently closing your account.

arr99 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. If arr99 has reason to believe that a User is under the required minimum age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds deposited by a minor will be returned and no winnings will be paid.

All Content on the arr99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of arr99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The arr99 brand name, logo and any associated trademarks are proprietary to arr99.

No Content may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the prior express written consent of arr99. Unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Users retain ownership of any content they submit to arr99 (such as support correspondence or feedback), but by submitting such content, they grant arr99 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for internal operational purposes.

The arr99 Platform and all Content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. arr99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other malicious components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, arr99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, even if arr99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

arr99 provides information about third-party gambling operators and platforms. arr99 does not endorse, operate or assume liability for any third-party platform, its terms, payment practices or conduct. Your use of any third-party platform is subject entirely to that platform's own terms and conditions.

arr99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from Force Majeure events. In such circumstances, arr99's obligations hereunder shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

arr99 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, with or without notice and with or without cause, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements;
• Conduct that arr99 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other Users or arr99's reputation;
• A requirement under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations and limitations of liability.

Users may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting arr99 support. Requests to close accounts under self-exclusion for responsible gambling reasons will be actioned within one (1) business day and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period elected by the User.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which arr99 is incorporated and/or licensed to operate. arr99 does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

Users located in Pakistan are reminded that gambling is subject to significant legal restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial or local legislation. This document does not constitute legal advice. Users should seek independent legal counsel if they have questions about the applicability of gambling laws to their specific circumstances.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with arr99 support shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction, as arr99 may designate from time to time.

arr99 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
